1. When Can You Return a Product?

We genuinely want every order to reach you in perfect condition. If something doesn’t go as expected, we’re here to make it right. You are welcome to initiate a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the reason falls under any of the following:

  • You received the wrong product
  • Your order arrived in a damaged condition
  • The product has a visible manufacturing defect

If any of the above apply, please reach out to us right away — we’ll take it from there.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned

We hope you understand that due to the deeply personal, spiritually significant, and customized nature of many of our products, certain items are not eligible for returns. These include:

  • Customized or personalized products, made exclusively for you
  • Energized or blessed items, their spiritual sanctity cannot be restored once they leave our hands
  • Products that have been used
  • Sealed items that have been opened
  • Personal wearables, once they have been worn or used

We appreciate your understanding of the unique nature of these offerings.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be initiated promptly. You can expect the amount to be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process so you’re never left wondering.

4. Exchanges

If you’d prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that exchanges are subject to the availability of the desired product in our current inventory.

5. Who Covers the Return Shipping?

We believe in taking responsibility when we fall short. If the return is due to an error on our end — such as a wrong or defective item — we will fully cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is for any other reason, the shipping charges may need to be borne by the customer.
